Nic has been training with us for 10 months now and has felt a huge difference in how she looks and feels.

Nic is a Mum of 2, with a stressful job and had a heart condition, but she uses those 3 challenges as her reasons to train at Benchmark.

Emily successful passed the internship early this year and is now a coach with us every Wednesday evening.

Em has lots of energy, enthusiasm and passion to give.

A massive love for CrossFit and all things strength training.

Emily was also a member at Benchmark for many years too so has a really good understanding of who we train and how best to help people.
