Sweaty Member of the Month goes to Erin! 👏🔥

Erin has just slotted right in from day one and feels like she’s been part of the furniture forever ✨

Her fitness and strength have come on massively and it’s been amazing to watch. She’s getting stronger all the time, her fitness has gone up another level and she never shys away from a challenge. She’s always up for pushing herself, giving things a go and seeing what she can do 💪🔥

She’s also one of the biggest supporters of everyone around her in class, always cheering people on and having a laugh along the way.

A very well deserved member of the month ❤️ keep doing what you’re doing Erin! ⭐

Meet Natalie 👋 One of our lovely members!

When Natalie first joined us, Olympic lifting was completely new to her. There were a few nerves and plenty of “Am I doing this right?” moments 😅

But she kept showing up, learning and giving it a go… and just look at her now! 🏋️‍♀️🔥

Stronger, more confident and absolutely smashing it. This is what it’s all about! 💛
