Hi all hope your festive break was ok and you didn’t suffer from all the Colds and flu and Covid that’s been doing the rounds.
Classes resume Wednesday 10th and Saturday 13th both at our usual time of 10am.
Look forward to seeing you all there. May be some new people so I’m sure you’ll make them welcome.

Having now tested Negative on consecutive days This Saturday 19th Nov Zumba class can go ahead as normal

Morning just to let you know I’ve had to cancel this mornings class Sat 12th Nov because I have tested positive for Covid and need to self isolate for the necessary days. It’s for your safety as well as mine that I’ve cancelled the class. I’ll keep you informed when I resume once I’ve tested negative.
Stay safe everybody this is still amongst us even though we are immunised and double boosted you can still become victim to it although fortunately not severely.

Hi all. Just to let you know well in advance. There won’t be a class on Wednesday 5th October. I’m going away with Carole and my dog Bella to a dog friendly forest retreat.

Quick update. Just a reminder there isn’t a class over August Bank Holiday Weekend. The Village Hall is not available for hire. See you Weds.

Great news Weds class back on. I’ve got over the bug and fighting fit again. See you all Weds morning. Don’t forget your water and a towel if you need one. Still quite warm and clammy especially if you are exercising.

Hi all , sorry it’s short notice but I’ve had to cancel this mornings Zumba class 13/08/22
I’ve not been too well for the last 24 hrs. Rushing to the bathroom and also running a higher than normal temperature. I’ve don two LFT one yesterday and one this morning both were negative.
It’s either food or heat related or both.
As you can imagine I’m feeling pretty well worn out so think it best to cancel the class today.

Classes will still be on during this hot spell but I will have more drinks breaks. You can re fill your water bottles at the hall if you run out. Don’t forget you can stop for a drink anytime during the session main thing is not to get too dehydrated

A big well done to The Heald Green Ratepayers association for arranging a brilliant afternoon and evening event for the Queens Jubilee. I think everybody that attended went away happy.
Classes at the Village Hall will resume on Weds 8th at the usual time 10-11 and Sat 11th 10-11
Please note we have yet another Saturday this month when the hall isn’t available that is Sat 25
It would have been the H/Green festival but that was cancelled and the hall has now been fully booked for a Childrens theatre group

Hi All. Not posted on here for a while. Hope you are all well and keeping safe. As you know we are in bank holiday season so Saturday classes might be few and far between. We’ve just had this bank holiday and the next one will be the Queens Jubilee weekend BH
Unfortunately the Village Hall is not available during BH weekends
I’ll keep you posted if there are any subsequent changes but for now BH no class

Hi everybody. Hope you are settling into 2022 ok and keeping up your fitness routines
Tha classes are still going and are Wednesday and Saturday mornings 10-11 am. In the main hall at the Heald Green Village Hall. It’s £4 per session which as from 1st March can be paid by card or cash. If by card can be pin and chip or contactless and if by cash please try and bring the correct amount. If you pay upfront for a few sessions I will add you to my spread sheet which will be available for you to view.
I will not accept cheques.
In the mean time keep shimmying and a shaking.
The wearing of face masks on arrival and exit is at your discretion
