A big welcome to Caitlin who has joined the Upward Frog team to cover Erin’s maternity leave for the rest of this year. She will be teaching the Slow Flow class on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm. This class is a mixture of mindful flowing yoga followed by longer-held yin postures. Welcome Caitlin! 💚

Last class in the series this Thursday …. Hoping to be back for more Chair Yoga in Wythenshawe very soon.
This Thursday is the last in the series of free chair yoga sessions at Open Space, hosted by .
The session starts at 12.30pm until 1.15pm, followed by tea, biscuits and good natter.
There’s no need to have done yoga before, and the class is suitable for everyone, including older adults and those with mobility issues.
