Shinji-Ru Karate Association

Hi everyone, Students, Parents and Friends
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas
and I wish you all a Happy New Year.
I would like to share with you a small video of one of my students,
15 year old Aiba, a junior 1st Dan
taking her junior 2nd Dan in Dec 2021.
After 2 hour grading session covering Kata, Kumite and Kihon plus pad work, stick work also Self-defence techniques.
I asked them to express themselves on the punch bag
for only 60 seconds. Note, not just showing their favourite technique but an all round Karate ability.

Hi Parents and Students,
Sorry for being out of touch for so long due to the lock down. As you are probably aware the Government has allowed gym's and indoor training to open on the 12th April 2021 for children. For Adults on the 17th of May, providing that we follow their COVID guidelines.

Heald Green will be held at St Catherine's, Wed 6:30pm, SK8 3JQ, which is opposite the Village Hall, there is a car park.
Bredbury will be held at St Mark's church hall Sat 11:30am, SK6 1AL.
