Welcome to the team our mixed martial arts coach Jenaid Ebanks, he’s an ex professional fighter. He will be coaching our mma class every Tuesday 7-8 pm. If you want to get ready for the cage, learn a new hobby, get fitter and stronger you’re welcome to come and train. The class is free to current members or a drop in fee for any brand new members. Huge congratulations to Pete Smith yesterday competing in a long time and first one at blue belt and to take a silver at the British open in Manchester - hardwork pays off he had one dominant points win and fell short in the final.

Joey fell short on points - gold next time.
