Countdown to WCC beer festival has gone, don’t forget to bring your chair

Woodford cricket club were sorry to hear of the passing of longstanding Woodford player and friend
Norman Pridding “Prid” passed away aftrer lon illness.
Prid opened the bowling for Woodford 1st team from the late 1960s to early 1970s

His funeral is on 14 Aug at 1 pm in St George's , Poynton and wake will probably be at Davenport Golf Club.

Planning is well under way for Woodford cricket club beer festival 2026, this year again over August bank holiday weekend 28th to 30th August
