H E L L O ๐๐ฝ Iโm Kate & I teach (and love) Vinyasa Flow Yoga. I run a weekly class in Cheadle Hulme Methodist church on Mondays, 7-8pm, & Iโd love to welcome you to our Monday community!
In this class we move, we laugh, we breathe & we challenge our bodies. Monday night sleeps are THE BEST!
We have space for a few more mats this term. Why do we do terms? Because thatโs how youโll truly feel and see the difference! 8 weeks. Tonnes of poses. An hour for your health.
Itโs a flowing yoga practise, lots of movement, lots of breathing. I offer options for different abilities & bodies (some bodies are creakier than others & thatโs ok!) Most of the class started as beginners, & have improved with me over the years.
Iโve been teaching for 11 years & bring a lot of passion for the practise ๐
- Vinyasa Flow Yoga

- Itโs bring-your-own-mat
- Come as a beginner, lapsed or advanced yogi (Iโll challenge & nurture all)

Chasing my brave little boy into the sea ๐ in ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ this week followed by was a little highlight ๐ซถ๐ป
Family time has been great, weโve all really switched off from the hustle and bustle but think weโre needing a bit of routine back in our lives now ๐
Spent the day organising after school /weekend clubs, uniforms, p.e. kits and ordering school dinners, determined to spend the last weekend of the holidays as a little unit having fun and not in a last minute back to school panic!
Of course Iโve also been planning some fun classes using the whoโs benefits outweigh all other equipment due to its versatility IMO!
