3 more days of Isolation🔒⏳
Been a tough time to isolation with the festive season in full swing missing out on work, socialising, see family and friends and also training.
With fatigue being the main symptom I’ve suffered with, going back to training is going to a challenge but I’m feeling rested and ready💯💪🏽
My diary is also open for January with a couple of available spaces remaining (more information about availability will be posted after Christmas) 🗓✅

Outside sessions can be purchased as a block booking or single (Pay as your train) so you can give them a try! 💪🏽

Petition: Open gyms first as we come out of lockdown & fund a Work Out to Help Out scheme
We want the government to recognise the importance of gyms, health clubs, leisure centres and swimming pools in empowering people to look after their health and stay fit and for them to open first as we come out of lockdown. We're also calling for government to fund a Work Out to Help Out scheme.

Afternoon everyone, sorry I’ve been inactivated and quiet this week with posts and updates.
It’s been a rather crazy and difficult time these last 5 days, with a member of the family (not in my household) testing positive and being taken into hospital with COVID-19, the national lockdown/restrictions, the dark and cold weather and my motivation taking a hit. I decided to take some down time and have a break for a couple of days.
With the weather being the way it is, plus the infection rates being rather high at the moment and a lot of people isolating, online virtual sessions are going to be the main way to get some exercise in at the moment📲🎥💪🏽
I have some availability for next week for anyone interested in an online session, the sessions will be catered for people with kit or without kit/fitness level and also ability so don’t feel that your not capable 💪🏽💯
Exercise at the moment is your escape from the madness of life at the moment, take the hour to look after yourself, get your heart pumping and release those endorphins and raise your spirits in this dark and unnerving time😌🧠✨

Last sessions done before Christmas✅
I want to use this post to thank all my amazing clients who have all stay consistent and powered through the lockdowns with online training/outdoor training and home based sessions🙏🏼👏🏽
I also want to wish all my clients a Merry and safe Christmas, enjoy your time off and sessions will be resuming the week after Christmas with limited availability due to the amount of days available, a reminder message will be sent to all clients already booked in✅📆🗓

Monday Motivation 💪🏽✨
With the gyms reopening on Wednesday, do something to challenge yourself👊🏼
A challenge could be just to go to the gym 2 times a week or a challenge could be to run for an extra 10mins on a treadmill. Just remember if it’s not hard or a challenge it won’t change you 💪🏽

Lockdown progress by 💪🏽🤩📈🔒
Coming out of this second lockdown with these results is very impressive, by doing 1/2 outdoor session a week with me and a couple 20mins home workouts a week Roisin is coming out of lockdown healthier, leaner and stronger💪🏽
Amazing progress considering the restrictions and gyms shutting. This proves that anything is possible when you put your mind to it and put the time and effort in 💪🏽

One more week.
With the gyms reopening on the 3rd of December I’ve opened up my diary for the whole of December giving clients and people a chance to book way in advance to get there sessions booked in ready for Christmas🗓💪🏽
