Marple Duplicate Bridge Club

Thanks to Marple Golf Club for hosting us on our Annual Dinner. The wine flowed freely and 7 tables of players enjoyed some good sociable bridge.

People sitting South at our duplicate session last night were "lucky" enough to get this rare (only 1 in roughly 1,827) hand containing no honours, known as a "Yarborough".

We're all looking forward now to our Annual Dinner at Stockport Golf Club on 20th May, where we'll enjoy a lovely meal, washed down with a glass or two of wine, and some sociable bridge (hopefully with a few more high card points to play with).
