We love it when the kids give us drawings they've done, had to set up a doodle wall in 'Ben's Corner to show them off 😊

Self defence is much more than just punching and kicking!!

Anything you do to keep yourself safe is self defence. Awareness of your surroundings, seeing and avoiding danger are all important in defending yourself.

If you can see a danger, you can avoid it. Keep your head out of your phone so you can see what's around you. Plus, having your phone in your hand for all to see is an invitation for someone to take it from you.

Be careful when using cash machines, be aware of anyone around that may be watching or waiting for you to withdraw cash.

Keep yourselves safe everyone.

Our Thursday disability class students constantly smash their class with both bag and partnered work.

Nothing holds these guys back, always showing how amazing they are!!

They're also funny!! While they might work hard, they always have time for some mischief, often at Coach Andrew's expense 😉

We're very inclusive at DEFCON with everyone always welcoming and helpful in every class. Not only do we have our Thursday disability class, we also have a FREE Saturday disability class for ALL disabilities. We want everyone to be able to enjoy kickboxing, no matter who they are.

Are focus is self defence and building confidence, we feel this should be available to everyone hence why we set up DEFCON Academy.

Contact us if you'd like to have a free trial class or book in for our free Saturday disability class.
