An academy for Kickboxing and self defence, focusing on building confidence. We take students from 3 years up to adult, with no limit on age!!
A friendly and inclusive space, all are welcome. We also have two disability classes which includes a free Saturday class for all disabilities.

Classes for everyone!!
From 3 plus to adult, we offer kickboxing classes for self defence and building confidence, also great for keeping fit!! We also do a boxing fitness class every Thursday, punch bags with a mix of other exercises including kettle bells, skipping and cardio. All with music and disco lights!!
Plus we have x2 disability classes. A FREE class every Saturday, 11am to 12pm, where no matter you're disability you can join us on the mats to give kickboxing a go. We also do a paid class on Thursdays for those wanting to do more and progess in martial arts.

I did two runs today and was joined on my coffee run, or hot chocolate run as it's Easter, by Jack today, my newest Sidekick!!
He absolutely smashed it and was rewarded with a loaded hot chocolate from for his efforts. Well done Jack 😀
