Kids are heading back to school this week… so why not start a new routine that gives them skills for life?
Our kids’ kickboxing classes are about SO much more than punching and kicking.

Our Thursday disability class students constantly smash their class with both bag and partnered work.
Nothing holds these guys back, always showing how amazing they are!!
They're also funny!! While they might work hard, they always have time for some mischief, often at Coach Andrew's expense 😉
We're very inclusive at DEFCON with everyone always welcoming and helpful in every class. Not only do we have our Thursday disability class, we also have a FREE Saturday disability class for ALL disabilities. We want everyone to be able to enjoy kickboxing, no matter who they are.
Are focus is self defence and building confidence, we feel this should be available to everyone hence why we set up DEFCON Academy.
Contact us if you'd like to have a free trial class or book in for our free Saturday disability class.

Our Coffee Run is now dog friendly!! Every 3rd Saturday of the month, all are welcome 😊

That's another grading done!!
All the adults absolutely smashed it once again, definitely gave it their all. I love watching everyone working together and supporting each other, a fantastic group of people!!
Full clean done by Coach Gill (who also joined me taking the grading 😊) and myself before leaving, all ready for next week!!
