Fighter of the Week – Ava‑Grace 👏

Ava‑Grace has only been with us a couple of weeks in the beginners class, but you wouldn’t know it from the way she trains. She’s thrown herself into every drill, listened closely to the coaches, and shown brilliant determination especially in her sparring against some tough partners.

Fantastic effort yesterday, keep pushing and keep enjoying the journey 👏👊

🔥 CONSTANTLY LEVELLING UP 🔥

Energize started with very little, but through years of hard work and constant reinvestment, we have built an academy that few others can match.

Every upgrade has a purpose: to give our athletes the best possible facilities, equipment and environment in which to train, develop and achieve.

We are incredibly proud of how far we have come, but we are nowhere near finished.

More improvements are coming before the end of the year as we continue raising the standard and building the coolest kickboxing academy around.

Fighter of the Week – Charlie 👏🔥

A slightly quieter class this week, but that only pushed everyone to work even harder. Charlie stepped up brilliantly — training with the older group, keeping his focus, listening well, and absolutely smashing every drill. Real maturity and effort from him today.

A big shout‑out to Vincent and Harlo too, who’ve both shown huge improvements over the last few weeks. Keep it going boys 👏
