Fighter of the Week – Amelia 👏🏆

Amelia had a brilliant day today — smashing her 1‑1 session and then heading straight into fight class with the same energy and focus 👏💪.
She worked incredibly well with her partner, putting real effort into the drills and carrying that straight into her sparring. With her first competition just around the corner, she’s definitely one to watch.

Our Tiny Titans were on fire too, with newcomer Adam shining as today’s superstar. Well done little man 👏.

A huge thank you to Fallon, Ed, Carter, Abbie, Archie, and Sienna for your support and patience today. You make such a difference.

🌟 Students of the Month – May 🌟

After a quieter half‑term, everyone is back in action — which means it’s time to hand out our Students of the Month awards 👏

Tiny Titan of the Month – Toby 👏
Toby might not be the most naturally confident, but he always gives 100% effort. His techniques are improving every single week and the coaches are really noticing his progress. Keep going, Toby.

Dragon of the Month – Stanley 👏
Stanley returned to us after more than a year away, and what a comeback he’s made. His attitude to training has been fantastic, and he’s even showing some of our high belts how it’s done. Brilliant work, Stanley.

Junior of the Month – Finn 👏
Finn only joined a few months ago, but his hard work and awesome kicking make him one to watch. He’s improving fast and showing real potential already.

Huge well done to all of this month’s winners. The coaches are already keeping their eyes peeled for June’s superstars 👀🏆🥊

BREAKING NEWS!
With the final fighter selections now confirmed for Team GB, we are proud to announce that Energize Kickboxing Academy has an unbelievable 19 fighters selected for the Junior Squad alone!
Many of these athletes have qualified across multiple disciplines, including Points Fighting, Light Contact and Kick Light, with Joe Woods also representing in Low Kick.
From one club in Stockport, Energize continues to take the sport by storm, and the scary part is, we are only just getting started.
A massive congratulations to our qualified fighters:
Hayder, Theo, Toby, Maggie, Lucas, Evan, Jake, Edward, Harry, Abbie, Fallon, Izzy, Jude, David, Joe, Eric, Aria, Will and Zach.
Every name on this list represents hours of sacrifice, discipline, pressure, travel, hard rounds, tough losses, big wins and absolute commitment to the process.
Team Energize, we really are showing what this sport is all about.

Fighter of the Week – Bailey 👏🏆

Bailey was an absolute superstar on Saturday. She worked brilliantly with our newer students, showed great listening throughout the drills, and used fantastic control and technique when sparring. A real role model in the class this week.

It was a quieter session with the end of half‑term, but the energy was still spot on. Huge thank you to Fallon and Jake for taking the drills, and to Sienna and Abbie for their patience and support with our younger ones.

Amazing teamwork all round 👏

🥊Fighter of the Week - Kyro 👏

Kyro may have been away from class for a few weeks, but he certainly hasn’t slowed down. He’s been putting the work in behind the scenes and it showed today.
Alongside his partner, he listened brilliantly, worked hard through every drill, and applied them with real focus. What stood out most was his movement - sharp, confident, and a big step forward.
Fantastic work, Kyro. Well done 👏.

Half‑term didn’t slow us down either, with a busy and energetic lesson.
A big thank you to Fallon for leading the drills, and to Sienna and Ed for their continued patience and support with our Tiny Titans 👏.

What’s On This Week at Energize

We’re open as normal all week - including Bank Holiday Monday.
Our Half‑Term Camp is running on Tuesday and Thursday, and a few of our coaches have added extra 1‑1 training sessions for those who want a little more focused time.
