Tomorrow Sunday 19th December at 12.30,Zestus Gym, Stockport for Head Instructor Kato's Master's investiture followed by a free lesson. All welcome.

On Sunday 19th December we will be conducting a short ceremony to award our chief instructor, Darren 'Kato' Ridgway his Master's Belt and Certificate. There will be a free Krav Maga lesson afterwards to celebrate. All welcome. Zestus Gym, Stockport at 12.30.

Our chief instructor Darren 'Kato' Ridgeway has been invited to apply for Master of Martial Arts status. Let's all wish him the very best in his recovery and best of luck with his application. כידא!

Hi everyone

I am unable to teach the Krav Maga lessons, as I will be having my Hip Operation at the beginning of June and I have to isolate 2 weeks prior to the operation.

I will keep you all updated on my progress and when I will be able to resume the Krav Maga lessons.
