we’ve found him very welcoming from the beginning and very understanding to the fact that both of us were complete novices to any form of self defence.. His lessons are always extremely well planned out and the sessions always run very smoothly. Everything is always explained and demonstrated to a brilliant level and he makes it easy to understand and is always willing to spend that bit of extra time one to one to ensure you understand each manoeuvre/strike properly. His instructions are clear and concise even helping us to focus on the level of aggression required and always monitoring technique with constructive comments to fine tune where needed. We regularly recommend his sessions to family and friends and feel his classes have benefited us enormously giving us new skills and confidence.
