Unfortunately down to numerous reasons the club is folding thanks to lads that have been involved over the years and the teams we’ve played against.

No posts recently due to the club struggling for numbers 2 games have past over Christmas.

17/12 Marple Villa 0-4 Northenden Town

Terrible day for the club as we started the game with 9 players the lads worked hard to keep the score down and maybe could of scored a couple. MOM Graham Frew

14/1 Marple Villa 1-5 Edgeley Villa (CUP)

Again playing with 10 men followed by a sin bin and a late sending off the lads battled best we could as Edgeley ran out comfortable winners. MOM Jake Green

Marple Villa 3 - 5 Hillgate

Going 1-0 up against the run of play the lads ended up succumbing to the chances created against them going 1-3 behind. We pushed and had moments in the game pulling it back to 3-3 the team battled but Hillgate deservedly ran out winners. Another loss hard to take!

Stockport Vikings 6 - 2 Marple Villa FC

Flying out the blocks to go 2 up in the first 15 minutes Vikings battled back to eventually equalise just before the break. A couple of changes due to injury and the home team ran out in front, a red card a piece and a sin bin for us game was over as the conditions took their toll! Well deserved in the end for Vikings who wanted it slightly more.
