7.45- 8.30 Monday and Wednesday for all ability's whether its to get back in shape or for a lover of netball or even just for some more social experiences! First two sessions are FREE and two sessions FREE if you contact 07557478635 or 01614802223 and get added on to register also a free tea or coffee from hotbox cafe on first visit!

Choose a night and just come along whether its for fitness, social, fun or just to get away from the kids! Any experience welcome.
