✨ NEW Prenatal Reformer Pilates Course ✨
We’re excited to be launching a Prenatal Reformer Pilates 4-week course, designed to support you through pregnancy with safe, expert-led movement in a calm and welcoming studio environment.
This course will focus on maintaining strength, improving posture, supporting pelvic stability and helping you move with confidence as your body changes throughout pregnancy.
✨ Small group setting
✨ Suitable for all trimesters (from 12 weeks onwards)
✨ No previous Pilates experience required
✨ Modifications offered throughout

✨ NEW Mother & Baby Reformer Pilates Course ✨
We’re delighted to introduce our Mother & Baby Postnatal Reformer Pilates Course, starting Wednesday 21st January at 10:30am 🤍
This 4-week course is designed to support postnatal recovery in a safe, calm and welcoming environment, with babies very welcome to join you.
Led by our specialist postnatal instructor Samantha, sessions focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture and helping you feel strong and confident in your body after birth.
🤍 Small group setting for individual support
🧘♀️ No pressure — feeding, settling and pausing is always welcome
Suitable from:
• 6 weeks postnatal (10-12 weeks post C-section & medical clearance)
• All fitness levels
