Keep, Showing, Up
March Physique check ✅
Training hasn’t been perfect.
Some weeks have been consistent, others a bit hit and miss.
But this is what I always remind both myself and my clients…
Progress doesn’t come from perfection.
It comes from continuing to show up.
So over the last few weeks I’ve been focusing on rebuilding momentum. Getting back into a consistent routine with my training, tightening things up nutritionally, and just stacking small wins again.
Good to get a solid session in. This leg session was deliberately lighter.
Relocating Sozo Gym, Christmas, New Year… it’s been a stop-start period.
Rather than force numbers or chase old PRs, the focus right now is:
➡️ Show up
➡️ Move well
➡️ Stack sessions
Not because I can’t push harder, but because consistency beats intensity when you’re resetting.
You’ll notice some 1 & 1/4 reps in the stretched position on a couple of movements.
This is a simple way to increase time under tension, reinforce control where people usually rush, and load the muscle in its most demanding range. Less weight, more intent, great for rebuilding tissue tolerance, improving motor control, and setting up better progress long-term.
Physically and mentally, I’m in a much better place to build again.
2026 isn’t about dramatic restarts, it’s about calm, repeatable momentum.
If you’ve felt a bit off-track recently, this is your reminder:
You don’t need to go all-in today.
You just need to start again, properly.
Consistency first. Progress follows.

🔥 HENRY’S PROGRESS 🔥
So far we are…
15.3kg fat mass down.
16% body fat down.
2.4kg lean mass up.
This is what happens when you commit fully to the process 👏
came in wanting to get leaner, stronger, and feel good in his body again and he’s absolutely smashed it.
What you’re seeing here isn’t just a physical change… it’s the confidence, discipline and mindset shift that comes with showing up for yourself week after week.
As he said himself:
“You’ve completely changed my confidence and this is a new lifestyle for me now.”
No quick fixes. No gimmicks. Just structure, accountability and consistent effort.
Massive respect, buddy, onwards and upwards 💪🔥
If you’re ready to make this your story too, drop me a DM with “READY” and let’s map out your transformation together.

The hardest part about chasing change is accepting that:
There are no guarantees.
Your hard work won’t always give instant results.
No one is coming to save you.
Discipline beats motivation.
And sometimes, life just isn’t fair.
… But that’s exactly what makes it worthwhile.
Because if it were easy, everyone would have the results they say they want.
If it were obvious, you wouldn’t need courage to step forward.
The fact that it takes risk, sacrifice and consistency is what makes the reward so powerful.
When the difference between giving up and breaking through can come down to persistence and timing, the only way forward is to:
✅ Be okay with setbacks
✅ Grow comfortable being uncomfortable
✅ Keep showing up, even when progress feels slow
Over and over again.
That’s the price of transformation.
But it’s also the privilege — the opportunity to write a different story, build a stronger body, and live a better life. 💪

I don’t think I’ve shed tears over the loss of someone I’ve not met before. But here I am 2 days in a row…I ask myself why has this affected me the way it has, i’ll try to make a little sense, so here goes…
I think for many of us, Charlie wasn’t just a political voice, he was a husband, a father, and most importantly, a brother in Christ who stood boldly for truth in a culture that often suppresses and despises it. He spoke with courage and clarity where others compromised. He carried the weight of leadership, responsibility, and conviction.
Why does this loss hit so deeply? Because as a Christian man, like Charlie, a husband and father its felt personally. As Christian Men we know what it means to shoulder the responsibility of protecting and leading our families in a world that pulls against us. My heart especially aches for his wife and his babies, who will now grow up without their Dad by their side. That thought alone breaks me.
But as I’ve prayed through this, the Lord reminded me of two scriptures:
John 12:24 – “Truly, truly I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.”
Romans 8:28 – “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
Charlie’s life, and now his death, is not wasted. Like a seed planted in the ground, it will bear much fruit. His example of conviction will stir many others to rise up. And even in grief, we cling to the promise that God is working all things together for good, even when we cannot yet see how.
And this is where the gospel meets us. Without Christ, death is the final word. But in Jesus, death has lost its sting. “I am the resurrection and the life,” Jesus said. “Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live” (John 11:25). At the cross, our sins are forgiven. In His resurrection, our eternity is secure. That is our hope, not just for Charlie, but for every one of us who believes.
Our time is short. Let’s not waste it. Let’s lead, let’s stand, and let’s point people to Jesus. Because the seed that falls into the ground will bear much fruit.

Cheesy pre holiday shot incoming! And that’s a wrap! 💪🏻
Last floor session before a well deserved family break. 🙌🏻
Apart from a short caravan break, it’s been pretty much non stop since Christmas. 🎄
I always aimed to serve and support my clients the best I can, so I’ll leave satisfied in that regard but also with eyes on the rest of 2025. 👀
For now I’m looking forward to some precious family time making memories with my family and friends. 😍
And I’ll be sure to get some sessions in whilst I’m away too. 🫱🏻🫲🏼
