Our Badge 1 classes are perfect for children aged 4+ who are beginning their swimming journey, building water confidence, and developing essential swimming skills in a fun and supportive environment.
👨‍👩‍👧 Badge 1 Beginners (Parent in Water)
A fantastic introduction to swimming where parents or guardians join their child in the pool. Children will build confidence in the water, learn to follow group instructions, and enjoy a positive first swimming experience.
🏊 Badge 1 Level 1
Ideal for children who are comfortable in the water with swimming aids and can float and regain standing independently. This class focuses on:
✔️ Building underwater confidence
✔️ Floating without support
✔️ Swimming 5 metres on their back
✔️ Developing rotation skills
✔️ Gaining deep-water experience

📢 POOL UPDATE
Due to increased demand and high customer numbers, we will now be operating a 1 hour session banding system for all pool.
To help us manage capacity safely and fairly:

🏊 All customers will receive a coloured wristband for their session.
🎟️ Members must also collect a wristband from Reception before using the pool.

Sessions:
16:00-17:00
17:00-18:00
18:00-19:00

This system allows us to manage visitor numbers, reduce waiting times, and ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
