This was 8 years ago and even then I was a very experienced PT, it just shows how much experience I now have to get YOU where you NEED to be.

David signed up with me and initially wanted to lose weight and was inspired by my dedication to training and wanting to tick off the bucket list achievement of completing a marathon.
🏃♂️
I took him from a novice to completing a marathon in 12 weeks. I ran with him and set him running homework via my online protocol and it was this accountability that enabled him to cross the finish line.

Not only this I paid for his marathon and his flights as a reward for his dedication.

After the marathon we then took him on a further journey of adding lots of lean muscle. Our results in terms of both physical and mental are here for everyone to see.

HUGE shout out to the unbelievable dedication from this girl Natalie Garlick. She hit 100 percent on my fat loss plan in month one. NOBODY has managed this in over a year. With great sacrifice comes great rewards. PS IN JUST 6 WEEKS 💪🏻 and she gave me permission to show her Bridget Jones underwear off!! Love it girl your on for client of the year already 💪🏻💪🏻

This little superstar undertook this transformation of the hardest period of the year Christmas! WHY? Because she used my knowledge and her dedication. Shout out if you agree - " Technology should enhance life, not consume it - record less - live more - love more " ALSO HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MEEEEE! Yes you heard it right- it's ok to give yourself a pat on the back a well done and tell yourself boy done good!! I have not had a drop of alcohol in a month, I have worked on my temperament, significantly reduced my time on social media and thus enhanced my life 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻. Today I am happy with who I am and where I am and if you can honestly say that about yourself give yourself a well done!!
