NEW! BEGINNERS REFORMER CLASS

Reformer classes have been running at The Heatons Studio since 2019. Demand has always been high 🙌 we are getting more & more new enquiries , so we are adding in a new class.
Beginners Reformer class Saturdays 11.15am

All classes at the Heatons Studio are 1hr long.
Gives plenty of time for a good warm up/cool down. 7 beds in total, lots of room to move around the beds. We aim to create a really lovely, welcoming, friendly environment

This class is perfect for newbies, a stepping stone to join in on all the other classes held at the studio.

Thank you all for such a wonderful year of classes. You are all fabulous, I really appreciate you supporting my small business. So many studios opening up I feel very lucky to have such a lovely community. I love walking into a chattering class, friendly fun classes was the aim…I think we’ve all achieved that.

It’s the end of another fabulous term, we always end the term with a lovely soothing soundbath. Always goes down really well, such a lovely way to end a term. I feel I need to do another Stretch & Sound…🤔

It’s been a very busy few weeks back in the studio. Having lots of new enquiry’s (which is so lovely!) but also sad 🥲as all my classes are fully booked. I have waiting lists for my mat classes & a very friendly WhatsApp group for Reformer drop in availability. Do message if you’d like to join either.

This is what the end of term looks like 🧘‍♀️ safe to say everyone enjoyed the 5mins of relaxing sounds at the end of the class.

It’s nearing the end of summer hols, hope you all had a wonderful summer ☀️
Classes start back w/c 2nd September looking forward to seeing you all ❤️

Last nights sounbath was wonderful! So fabulous I totally forgot to take photos. Thank you for taking one for me. These sessions have been so popular, filled up really quickly. I mean stretch, relax with sound peppermint tea & home made (delicious!) choc what a way to spend an hr & 1/2.
The more you do this beautiful medative practice the deeper into relaxation you go, it’s truly marvellous. I aim for 1/2 daily, it really gets me through.
More dates for September/October/November/December coming soon.
