Transformation Tuesday: Here we have a Roberto. It was amazing to see the transformation that he went through in just a few months. When Roberto first came to Mean, Clean and Lean he wanted to change, and with much hard work and dedication, he reached his fitness goals and became a healthier, more active person.

I'm so proud of him for making such positive changes in his life, and I know that he'll continue to be successful in whatever he sets his mind to. Thanks for being an amazing client, Roberto! You're an inspiration to us all.

TIME TO MAKE THAT CHANGE: Making a change in your life can be tough. It's easy to get comfortable with your current routine, even if it's not the healthiest one.

If you're thinking about starting the gym as a beginner, it's important to know that you're not alone.

Many people have the same goal of improving their health and fitness, so don't be discouraged. The most important thing is to just get started. That first step is always the hardest, but once you're in the gym and working out, you'll be glad you made the decision!

Transformation Tuesday: It's not everyone's transformation goal to lose weight or get toned. Some people want to feel more confident in their own skin, others want to improve their energy levels, and still others want to find a way to cope with stress better.

No matter what your reason is for wanting to make a change, it's important to remember that your goal is unique to you. And that's okay! There's no wrong way to want to improve your life. Just be sure to set realistic expectations for yourself, and don't be discouraged if you don't reach your goals overnight.
