We are so proud to have such a fun, friendly, motivating and supportive group of members.
Most would tell you that they’d never step foot in a “normal” gym
But we get to see them strutting their stuff, lift weights, improve their strength and fitness, and have a massive laugh whilst doing it 💪🏼💪🏼
