This year’s been a mix of grief, stress, health crap, business pressure and still trying to be a good dad and coach.
I’ve been knocked about mentally more than once, but I’ve also learned a lot about boundaries, priorities and what matters.
No “new year, new me”.
Just taking everything I’ve learned this year, tightening my standards and walking into the next one a bit more honest, a bit more grounded, and still fighting 🥊

One thing I’ve been obsessed with lately is making fight prep more repeatable.
In most combat gyms, every athlete’s camp is completely different:
Different cardio approach
Different nutrition quality
Completely different strategy for cutting weight
That sounds “individualised”, but often it’s just chaos.
I started building a system that:
Keeps technical training as the priority
Adds structured conditioning and mobility around it
Uses a simple, predictable approach to nutrition and cutting
I’ve now turned that into a 6 Week Fight Camp guide that fighters and coaches can use as a blueprint.
It’s not a magic formula – but it removes a lot of the guesswork and emotional decision-making that ruins camps.
