Hi everyone,

Next weeks runs are
- Monday 1st July meet at 5.40 @ tees barrage for a social run (mileage flexible, from 5k-10k)

- Wednesday 3rd July meet at 6pm @ St Francis School in Ingleby Barwick (TS17 5GA) for a nice trail run in the woods, approx 5 miles

- Saturday 6th July 8.30 am meet park run TBA.

Anyone and everyone is welcome, runs can be adapted and mileage can be shortened to help any ability.

Tonight we started the pre season running sessions for Grangetown Under 14 Netball Club. Good effort and a solid start from all the girls 💪

100% me🤦🏼‍♂️🤣, but we keep on plodding on 💪

Runs for the week commencing 27th May
Monday 27th 6pm @ tees barrage for a social 5 miles around the river. Meet outside the white water centre at 6pm

Wednesday 29th 6pm @ billingham beck car park for a social 5 mile loop of Billingham, all on roads

Saturday 1st June 8.30am @ tees barrage for Saturday social run

Sunderland half marathon and 10k

It was great to be part of and to see 6 people In total from ABC ARROWS take part in last weekends Sunderland half marathon.

A fantastic event that was thoroughly enjoyable to be part of.

Well done to Nicola Smart, Melissa Crute, Craig Wilkinson, Jude Gray and Tom Summerbell.

Hi everyone here’s this weeks runs open to everybody,

They’ll be a steady run around the river tonight at 5.40pm.
Starting at queens campus Stockton near the infinity bridge.

Wednesday 6pm is hills around yarm, meeting at Tesco at eaglescliffe.

Saturday meet at the barrage 8.30am for a tees river run!
