Weekly round up...
..chez Gillibrand.
1. Pushing hard in the gym, as always.
Paying my dues. Break the body = master the mind.

2. Client results are better than ever!
James tipping the scales at 54lbs down. Well done, sir.
3. A hike up Roseberry Topping with Alex.
Lovely scenery and even better cardio.
Good for the soul and great for the heart.
4. A cheeky Nandoâs before we went to IKEA.
If youâre from the UK, youâll understand.
5. Friday night was pizza night.
Cheap, slutty carbohydrates and a bit of Netflix (no booze)
Wonderful.
Lessons from the week:
- Health & family are a priority (always)
- All you need in life is right in front of you.
- Most of your problems can be solved by eating well and lifting weights.
- Work harder on yourself, than you do on your job.

âI know what to do, I just need to do it.â
If I had a pound for every time someone said this...
..Iâd be sipping Mai Tais on a private island.
Hereâs the thing:
If you really knew what to do, youâd be doing it.
So letâs be honest.
Itâs not a knowledge issue.
Itâs an ex*****on issue.
A consistency issue.
A habits issue.
Because knowing you should eat better, move more, sleep well, and manage stress doesnât mean jack s**t...
...if your environment, mindset, or daily systems are set up to sabotage you.
Weight loss isnât about unlocking some mythical secret.
Itâs about building systems that make doing the right thing easier than defaulting to the wrong one.
You donât need more information.
You need implementation.
You donât need more hacks.
You need follow-through.
You donât need to âget motivated.â
You need a damn plan that works when youâre not.
So the next time you say âI know what to do,â stop.
Ask yourself:
Why arenât I doing it?
Whatâs actually getting in my way?
And how do I fix that instead of blaming willpower?

The loudest boos...
..come from the cheap seats.
People love to sit back with their crisps and criticism, mocking the person sweating it out, struggling to change.
They laugh when you slip up.
They roll their eyes when you say youâre âstarting again.â
Theyâve never tried to break an addiction to food.
Never battled the voice in their head that says, âYouâll never make it.â
But theyâve got plenty to say about your journey.
