Our Fitness & Friendships sessions are built to help older adults stay strong, active and independent, while giving you somewhere to meet new people and enjoy a proper bit of social time too.

As we get older, maintaining muscle strength, balance and bone density becomes increasingly important. Our sessions use gentle, accessible strength and movement exercises that can be adapted to suit your ability.

No gym experience needed.
No pressure to keep up.
Just come as you are 🙌🏼

🏋🏼 11AM — Group workout at Function Hub 1.0
☕ 12PM — Coffee & a catch up at HOBO
📅 Every Monday & Wednesday
💷 £5 per session
