Today, our team headed out to put the 100km course through its paces, joined by the one and only Sean Conway - Ironman Coaching

We tested out the roads, the climbs and, most importantly, how the whole ride flows. We've captured plenty from the day and we’ll be sharing more of our thoughts and what riders can expect from the course over the next few weeks.

And after a full day on the road, a well deserved drink was in order. A big thank you to The Dog & Doublet Inn for letting us use the car park as our base for the day, and for the much needed post recce refreshment.
