Come and join myself and Poppy for a charity Doga session (she’s definitely going to be the naughtiest dog there 😂) hosted by the lovely .yoga!

All donations are going to charity, if you would like to give something new a go message me to book your place! As long as your dog is friendly there’s no reason not to come!

As it’s for charity too if you still want to be apart you can come along without a dog, I’m sure there will be plenty running around! 🐶

Bittersweet day, as most of you know it’s my last day at Stoke East and what a whirlwind these last 3 years have been. I’ve made so many memories and great friends (you’ll all still see me though I’ll be back to PT)

But that means I’m so exited to announce the start of my new adventure … as Assistant Manager at Stoke North✨ Hardwork is paying off, a lot more to learn, happy memories to be made and a whole lot of new opportunities!

B***y Burner Circuit -  change of scenery today 💕

Complete 10 reps per exercise 3 sets , if they are on single leg make sure it’s 10 reps per side, Complete the floor section (donkey kick backs, pulses and fire hydrants on the same leg before changing over). A band can be added across the legs to add more resistance and change the weight accordingly. 
🍑Stability ball glute bridges - keep the core tight and bum off at all times 
🍑Walk lunges - take big steps and have the weight slightly forward so as you step you feel more tension in the glute and hamstrings 
🍑Floor section - donkey kickbacks, I always feel them more taking the leg back and squeezing at the top with a pointed toe, you can vary how far you move the leg depending on where your glute activated more- ankle weights can be added to this section to make it more difficult 
Pulses - again straighten the leg out small movements with the leg as high as you can get it 
Fire hydrants - keep the hips in line and again squeeze at the top 
🍑Step ups- I didn’t get a video because some guy came in and was looking at me funny 😂 foot flat on the box, push through the heel. Don’t use momentum to push yourself up, activate the glute
🍑Hip Thrusts - set the box to the right right for you, don’t have this too high. I take the toes off so you can push through the heels and activate the glutes, make sure the shin stays down and in line 
🍑DB(plate( RDL’s) - head up, hinge at the hip and lower until you feel it down your hamstrings and top of your glutes
🍑Narrow squats (Elevated  heels) - brace the core, shoulders back

The best team I could have asked for! Altogether we managed to raise £485 for the dougie Mac, I’m not just proud for the money/ fundraising aspect but for everyone pushing themselves to do something so extreme!

I’ll forever be thankful for you all 💕

Stop telling people they can’t!!

Two photos, two different styles of workout working towards the same goal… that is making a better me!

People judge and fill your head with insecurities all of the time, it’s up to you to shut off and wear what you want to. Most of the time your worst enemy is yourself telling you that people are staring or people are laughing at you when realistically most people are trying to avoid eye contact with anyone else so they don’t feel recognised. Go to the gym in shorts, workout where you like and make a happier you!

May the tummy get flatter and the b***y get fatter 🍑

A little change of plan this morning when Melissa decided her and Miller were going to join us, it made it a little tougher but we got there!

Thankyou to anyone who’s supported and donated! I will keep the page going untill the end of the month to collect and get more donations!

Jess, Eleni, josh, Melissa and Moo Thankyou so much for joining and not just challenging yourselves but being great sports and getting to know each other! I think we can all agree that was the worst things ever 😂but it’s all done for a good cause and I promise I won’t rush any crazy Ideas too soon 😂

And finally a special Thankyou to my absolute rock Dan who supports all my crazy madness whatever I decide to do, and never talks me out of anything! I couldn’t have achieved it without you or your navigation skills!
