An admin session for my player David today who brought a block booking of 8 sessions with me and has now done his first 4 and we have a week's break at the halfway point, and now we can assess where he is after 4 weeks and look at the numbers and see what we need to push more of in the next 4 weeks.

The player gets access to this sheet or sends me his block of 3 scores he does at home each week, and then when in session, does a DartsGYM session with me where we do some regular games but also work on areas we both feel we need to look at.

Also David has just won his local league merits as well as getting out of regular groups at his local ADC and says it's down to the new mindset he has with his game, thats on him i only helped.
