Endurance training is tough and sometimes it can be daunting, but always remind yourself, you are far more capable than you ever realise.
We all have our why, you chose this sport for a reason.
Keep pushing on and don’t get the scaries.
Ya got this. 💗✨

Manchester marathon and my first ever marathon in 3:48:05 ♥️
Fuelling went amazingly and managed the entire way without a toilet stop 😅
I’ve never known crowds like it. They were unbelievable. Hearing my name get called by strangers and receiving so much hype was a huge boost, especially during the last miles when it got tough.
I looked up to the sky a few times and knew my dad was cheering on from above ♥️ I really do hope I made him proud!
Raised over £1,000 for the BHF which I’m over the moon with! Thank you to those who have donated ✨
Huge life goal completed… I have a feeling that was the first mara of many 😜

1 week out from Manchester Marathon 🙌🏼
I’ve always had a lot of respect for the marathon distance… probably why I’ve avoided it for so long.
But with Ironman in August, it felt like the right time to finally get one in the locker.
It’s not been a traditional marathon block. Swimming and cycling have stayed a big priority, and managing an injury has meant the run mileage has only really come together in the last 5 weeks.
So, I’m not chasing anything too wild.. just seeing what’s there on the day and trying to hold my pace when it starts to get hard in the later miles 😬
I’ve hit my fundraising target for the British Heart Foundation, which I’m incredibly grateful for. Thank you to everyone who’s supported so far, it genuinely means a lot 🫶🏼
If you’re able to spare a few pounds to nudge it a bit higher, I’d really appreciate it. The link is below ♥️

First ever marathon in 4 weeks pending 😍🙌🏼
It hasn’t been the smoothest lead up… I’ve been injured and wasn’t sure I’d be able to race.
With a half tri in June and a full Ironman in August as my big goals, I didn’t want to risk setting myself back. But after a deload, bike fit & physio, my hip is finally improving. It’s not 100%, but I’ve been given the green light to race.
I’ll be running in memory of my dad 🪽
If anyone can spare a few pounds for the British Heart Foundation, I’d be so grateful.

You don’t owe anyone access to your time, energy, or body.
Every time you say no to something that pulls you off track, you’re saying yes to your future.
Normalise protecting the life you’re building. 🫶🏼☀️
