I’m running my 17th Postnantal rehabilitation Bootcamp which is starting on Monday 17th August 2026.

All sessions facilitated from EK Fitness in Cheadle, Staffs which is a women’s only gym.

If you’re struggling with pelvic floor weakness, core instability, or diastasis recti and want to regain strength and confidence after having a baby, this programme is designed to support you safely and effectively. It’s also a safe place to meet new mums, build friendships, improve mental health and have some ‘you’ time!

The photos show results from some of my previous bootcamp clients, who made amazing improvements to diastasis recti in just 6 weeks through consistent training and guidance 👏

This bootcamp focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving pelvic floor function, and helping you feel stronger in your body again — all in a supportive and welcoming environment where you can bring your baby along with you! Have older children? You can bring them along too! This isn’t just for Mums - the children that attend also make new friends.

If you’d like more information or would like to secure your place, please don’t hesitate to get in touch 💛
