🥋🔥 MONDAY NIGHT JUJITSU AT KAHEN-SEI MARTIAL ARTS! 🔥🥋

Another great Monday night on the mats at Kahen-sei Martial Arts Academy! 💪

After a good warm-up, we kicked the session off with some Nage Waza (throwing techniques), working on balance, timing, body positioning and control.

It's not just about throwing your partner to the mat — it's about understanding the technique, using leverage and making every movement count! 🥋👊

Great effort from everyone tonight, plenty of hard work, learning and progression. Exactly what we like to see at Kahen-sei!

Traditional roots, modern application, effective combat jujitsu! 🐉

🥋 KAHEN-SEI – TRADITIONAL ROOTS. MODERN APPROACH. REAL MARTIAL ARTS.

🥋🔥 KAHEN-SEI JAPANESE / COMBAT JUJITSU 🔥🥋

Traditional roots. Modern mindset. No-nonsense self-defence.

At Kahen-sei, we honour and respect the traditional ways of Japanese Jujitsu, but we also believe martial arts must evolve.

Today's society presents different challenges, and we believe self-defence needs to be realistic, practical and effective.

Our no-nonsense approach combines traditional techniques with modern combat applications, focusing on what works when it really matters.

🥋 Joint locks, throws, takedowns and practical street defence.

We respect tradition, but we're not afraid to adapt.

😂🔥 ROUND TWO WITH THE SPLITS MACHINE! 🔥😂

Well, the splits machine has been back in action at Kahen-sei Martial Arts Academy! 🥋

After setting some of our students the challenge of achieving the splits, we thought we'd give the machine another go!

Round two certainly didn't disappoint! 😂

Plenty of stretching, determination, some questionable facial expressions and a lot of laughter along the way! 🤣

All jokes aside, it's great seeing everyone stepping outside their comfort zones, working on their flexibility and pushing themselves that little bit further each time. 💪

The question is... who's going to achieve the full splits first? 👀😂
