Trent Alexander-Arnold has made a significant multi-year financial commitment to cover the costs for hundreds of youngsters to play football across Liverpool. The Trent Alexander-Arnold League has been set up for 5/6 year-olds in West Derby. ⁣

So far, around 250 kids have benefited from a flourishing initiative that is being led by Ricky Heywood, the key link between Liverpool’s academy and the club’s charitable foundation.⁣

Liverpool’s head of pre-academy recruitment Ian Barrigan: “Trent came up with this idea himself, as he wanted to help and make a difference. Thanks to the funding he’s provided we’ve now set up these two development centres. It is getting bigger and bigger.
