Many congratulations to our newly promoted grades,this was our first grading from our new 2026 syllabus. I was very impressed with the young beginners who adapted very well with the new pad work kicking, kata bunkai and competition techniques. Very well done 👏 🥊🥋

Many congratulations to brothers Oscar and Henry who won 5 medals between them.
At the WKU British championship at Wolverhampton yesterday.
We have a new British champion 🏆 Oscar, first in his own category, then silver in a category above in kumite. Followed by bronze medal in kata.
Henry got silver in his own category in kumite,then bronze in a category above.
Many congratulations you deserve all the recognition for the training that you do.
