Race to Belek – A Fantastic Day of Golf
The Race to Belek proved to be another outstanding success, with a fantastic turnout, excellent golf and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day.
A huge thank you goes to our generous sponsors, Gloria Hotels Group, Corendon Airlines, Kaden Group Travel Corp, whose support helped make the event possible.
Congratulations to Carl Deaville, who claimed victory with an outstanding 46 points. Special congratulations also go to Max Beddow, who produced a superb gross 67, taking Best Gross honours while also equalling the course record.
One of the highlights of the day came from our junior section, where 10-year-old Harry Harvey achieved the dream of every golfer with a fantastic hole-in-one – an incredible achievement and one he’ll never forget.
Events like this don’t happen without an enormous team effort. Our sincere thanks go to Mr Captain, Mr Vice Captain, Lady Captain, Lady Vice Captain and Mr Vice President for all their hard work in making the day such a success.
A special thank you also goes to the wonderful team in the halfway house – Sarah, Katie, Kate, Bev and Karen – who kept everyone well looked after throughout the day.
Finally, our appreciation goes to the bar staff, catering team and our dedicated greens staff, whose hard work ensured the course was presented in magnificent condition and the hospitality matched the quality of the golf.
