Join Dan again this Thursday (25th) for the final instalment of the Beginners Coaching course!
Week 4 will be about piecing it all together. Using all our new techniques to read the climbs and moving smoothly and fluidly throughout. We also have a look out other things to consider when climbing, such as speed of movement and breathing. We’ll also have a think about how to approach projecting and pushing those harder grades.

📢 BEGINNERS COACHING #2
Session 2 of the Beginners Coaching course is commencing this Thursday 11th, from 7-9pm.
Week 2 is all about the key techniques you’ll use in your climbing: rock overs and twists. We’ll do lots of drills and exercises on and off the wall to make these movements smooth and efficient, hopefully making your climbing smooth and efficient as a result.
