THURSDAY AGAIN.......another week done in Zumba world 🌎 🎶🪩😍..and one of my random playlists thrown in tonight 😊

The energy in the room was amazing 👏 🤩....it always is!...and we have sooo much fun in that room.......you dont get that kind of "night club disco" atmosphere in a gym with mirrors.......we have a full stage, glitterball, sprung floor...

FABULOUS 🪩🪩🎶

We create fun filled, fabulous, safe spaces in a very loud room. ❤️🧡💛💚💜

We take away the press up Challenge....
We add an extra Leg Challenge...
...yes two leg Challenges!!!

Loadsa arms 💪 ..and abs to finish.

Yes this class has changed dramatically, its evolved into an all round strength session.......we still challenge ourselves in a totally different way.....but it's now more accessible for different fitness levels, and a lot kinder on the knees!!!

Birthday playlists always raise the roof, and tonight was no exception!!....

This afternoon was a little quiet, a few missing, but we danced ourselves HAPPY 😊.......a little bit of Sandra in the sun!

Another little tweak to the 'New" version of Strong.......we take out the press up Challenge and add more weights!

I do keep banging on about strength work, and that doesn't necessarily mean heavy weights.......its so beneficial.

I get sing and dance, just how I want to........with THE BEST people ever!
Yet I'm always thinking 🤔..should I retire?..am I still able to do this?..should I stop dying my hair??? 😉🤣
