SKI-GB Stoke Academy are currently taking on new members to join their friendly family run club in Stoke-on-Trent.

Sensei Phil Alcock and Sensei Bobby McLane are both 2nd Dans and have been training under Asano Hanshi since 2015. They are current members of the SKIF-GB National Team 🇬🇧 with a strong pedigree of competition history.

Sensei Phil is a former SKIF European Champion and recently a Bronze Medallist at the 14th SKIF World Championships in Kumite; and Sensei Bobby is the current SKIF-GB National Senior Kumite Champion and has a number of National Titles in both Kata and Kumite when he was a Junior (under 18) competitor.

If you’ve never done Karate before there are many mental and physical benefits to starting, so if you are thinking of trying something new, then get in touch with the Club Secretary Frank McLane on 07828 761151 and go along and meet the members of the club and take part in a Taster Session.
