Hey everyone, apologies for the huge hiatus during the last 18 months. As you're all aware, Covid had a huge impact on the fitness industry as a whole, and our sessions were unable to be resumed for the first 8 months or so of this time.

Since then a lot has changed for both Brendan and myself, and despite the pandemic, almost all of that change has been for the better. The downside, however, is that neither of us have the time in our lives at the moment to resume the sessions in any way, shape or form... That's not to say they will never restart, but for the foreseeable future there are no plans for them to.

It has been an absolute honour to run these sessions for just short of a decade. We have met literally hundreds of fantastic people from all walks of life, and have made many life long friends. We are going to miss these sessions, and are truly humbled by the support and subsequent success they have seen over the past few years.

There is still a small but active parkour community in Stoke, which we try our best to remain a part of, and we will both continue to train in the future... Although we're both also looking towards other, new and exciting challenges (such as in this photograph!) This page will remain open and we will do our best to respond to messages regarding training in the local area!

So, for now, we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that has ever been to one of our sessions - even just as a spectator - we never expected for the classes to reach the heights that they did. You were, and still are, all awesome.

This isn't a goodbye, but an au revoir. Thank you.

~Steve & Brendan

Hi guys,

Good news and bad news. The bad news is that the Monday class is cancelled for the foreseeable future.

The good news is that this because I am expecting the birth of my son pretty much any time now. So as you can imagine I am going to be pretty busy with having a full-time job as well. Saturday sessions will be on as usual and we do plan on getting the Monday class up and running again at some point; but it won't be for the rest of this year to say the least.

Big thank you for everyone who has attended the Monday class, it's been an amazing 5 years and I will miss you all greatly - Hope to see you guys on Saturdays!

Wishing you all the best,

Brendan Littler

Walking The Wall feat. Scott Jackson 02/10/2019

Scott Jackson having his say on the FIG debacle. It’s great to see community leaders being vocal about this, and not just pretending it’s not happening.

Is parkour safe? 03/06/2019

We often get asked by prospective pupils, their parents and even random passers by in the street: Is Parkour dangerous? It can be fairly difficult to explain to someone that a sport that they, in many cases, have already pre-judged as being dangerous, well, just isn't. This video sums it up perfectly, while also citing a study and referencing healthcare professionals. Give it a watch!

Is parkour safe? Lappset professionals behid the Dash parkour line tells about the safety behind parkour as a sport.
