It is already promising to be a great event. Bring your best hats and umbrellas as it could be sunny and warm or thunderstorms! That always makes for exciting riding conditions .
There are lots of new riders and hard chargers looking to make their mark.
In this sport every rider sets their own mark that can be anything from total win to just getting the course right !
That is a challenge in itself because your time doesn't count if you don't get the course right. 🤬
You can do this we had 35 new riders doing it for the first time at the experience day last Saturday competition is just as much fun and you will meet more of the motogymkhana family.
New riders are always introduced and helped by all the other riders to get set up and ready for the course help is always on hand and happily given.
It's easy to enter ,great fun, challenging, inexpensive and you can ride with your mates win win.

and we are BACK!!
The first round of the Moto Gymkhana national competition series kicked off at Donington Park yesterday. The weather was glorious and it was great to catch up with all the Moto Gymkhana family from around the UK, as well as welcoming some new faces. It looked like everyone was having a good ride, shaking off the winter cobwebs.
Sadly no Mark Wraith this year to hold a place on the main podium, though his partner Christine continues to compete. So who would fill those main podium positions? Well the East Midlands team quickly took advantage of the vacant slot with John Ritchie taking third and Ian Ashford getting second; Rob Fox held the top step.
All in all an excellent day.
Remember, it is always FREE to come along and spectate so if you want to find out more about Moto Gymhana why not come along to one of our events? We are back at Donington on 19 May running an experience day for pre-booked novice riders and again on 2 June for round 2 of the competion series

One of the top questions we get asked is, "what's the best bike for this?"
The answer really is any one that you can ride. This video from the other year shows Andrew changing from his own bike to someone else's and it is the rider that makes the difference. (And a CBR600R).

MT09 or CBR600RR? Andrew Rayfield. Comparison ride
We met a guy called Paul at BikeSafe Rockingham and he asked to know when any members were heading to MFN for a practice. Can anyone just pop a post on here to let him know next time they are going? Thanks
