Looking forward to our next Rest & Restore Retreat day on Saturday (19th September) from 10-4pm!
π Together we will be celebrating the Autumn Equinox, honouring the harvest and gathering in the energy with like-minded people within the phase of a waxing harvest moon (sometimes called the corn moon).
π Itβs at time of culmination, reflection, balance, a celebration of progress, reaping what we've sown with gratitude and it's a great time for manifestation.
π Sharing mindfulness meditation, discussion and actively imagining our alternate selves who may represent our unfulfilled potential, our past choices or buried traits. Connecting with them is a creative way to tap into your own subconscious mind and explore endless possibilities for personal and spiritual growth.
π With creative activities and continuing to gather energies throughout the day, we will create a more wholesome gathering and discover more about and harnessing the wider cosmic activity.
π The abundance of this harvest time gives us apples, grapes, pomegranates, pears, beetroot, pine nuts, wheat and corn and will contribute towards a wonderfully nourishing lunch together.
π The room will be adorned with acorns and pinecones, autumn leaves and the many colours of autumn to ensure the emphasis is completely on rest, relaxation and restoration.
