Our 4-6yrs group is perfect for any after school warriors to have fun after a long day at school/nursery. In this class we practice drills that target concentration, focus and motor skills such as balance and coordination. As well as giving an oppuruntity for kids to make new friends whilst working on their social skills and confidence.

Lion’s Den TCK represented at the Kickboxing World Championships in Berlin 🥊

Shout out to our students who represented their country 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 at the recent WKU World Championships in Berlin, Germany.

Team Scotland were outstanding returning with 18 Gold 18 Silver and 20 Bronze, with 4 Silver and 5 Bronze returning to Lion’s Den TCK. Once again I could not be prouder of them all there performances against the best in the world was just fantastic.

It was an amazing week from start to finish and an honour to coach you all.
