What a fun day! Yvonne’s outdoor fitness team came second in the Stonehaven and District Round Table raft race at the harbour festival. More than a workout class! Move.sweat.smile

Saturday 27th June only

Location change, starting at Baird terrace we will be doing the class on the move, stopping at different places to do a bit of strength training along the way.
No man left behind, so don’t worry about fitness levels.
