It's almost the holidays!!
Why not book in for an hour of yoga fun each week. These sessions are designed for children and adults to join with the fun 🥰
WEEK 1 - Put on your eye patches, grab your parrots and lets go on a pirate adventure!
WEEK 2 - 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Blast off!! To the moon we go!
WEEK 3- Relive the classic tale of the 3 little pigs with yoga.
WEEK 4- Squelch through the mud and jump in the puddles, as we travel to the farm!
WEEK 5 - Jump on the most magical yoga train. Choo Choo!
WEEK 6 - Get ready. Set. Go! Lets get some gold medals in our Olympic challenges.
£7 per session for each child. Tuesdays at 10.45am

THIS WEEK.. If you are ready to put the fun into yoga then get your groove on and join us from 6 - 8pm on the 11th June for an unmissable night of disco and yoga. Glass of bubbly included in your ticket price!
This is not your usual disco yoga class...
The class is designed with all abilities in mind, no fancy poses or standing on your head - just light hearted yoga fun with disco lights, a glass of bubbly and 70's/80's and 90's disco tunes to dance and flow along to!
Get dressed up, put on your best leg warmers, your craziest make-up and make your Saturday night one to remember.
