Join us, along with your baby, for a high energy, full body dance workout class.

We’re looking for a small group of mamas who want to prioritise their post natal wellbeing, physically and mentally.
You can expect a fun filled playlist, space for your babies to play or nap and the chance to sweat it out together.

The ACROPAD instructors are brilliant and bring their range of inflatable air mats with them to really hone our Acro skills and try some new things out!

Only our second comp and WOW you girls blew me away again with your performances. We have been a non-competitive school for a long time, but these girls have worked so hard and we have had such a lovely experience at both competitions so far. So much more to come!
