Bringing mothers and their families together to fight isolation, champion mental health, and promote wellness.

This popped up on my memories, can't believe our plot looked like this, this time last year.

Our little plot is a place where moms gather, kids explore, and everyone breathes a bit easier.

A space where we can talk, find joys in nature, reconnect with the earth, and reconnect with each other.

We’re so grateful for this space… and the progress we have made over the years.

But my favourite part will always be what it does for our community.
It brings us together.
It reminds us how much can grow when people show up for one another.

Amazing what a year can do, and even more amazing what a community can do.

Anyone fancy joining us on the allotment tomorrow?

I haven’t been down since all that rain, so I’m curious to see how everything’s looking.

We should have lots of tomatoes and cucumbers ready to harvest, so it will be a nice little surprise to see what’s grown.
There’s absolutely no pressure to do any gardening, you’re welcome to come along just for the company, a wander, and a bit of fresh air.

Please let us know you are coming along so we know to expect you.

🥰

Just saw this on my friend Angela’s account and had to share it…
I’ve always been a quality girl, not a quantity girl .. 🩷

Great news!
We have all had a DBS check at Mom’s Mindful Hub.

From today, more volunteers who work with children will be required to have a DBS check.

Previous rules stated that paid workers or volunteers who carry out specific activities with children are exempt from being classed as undertaking ‘regulated activity’ when they are sufficiently supervised by someone else.

But from today, 1st September, the supervision exemption for regulated activity with children is removed.

We’ve pulled together information to help guide your organisation through these changes - find out more here: https://buff.ly/pepII02

Motherhood is hard enough, we don’t need judgment on top.
Seeing each other with kindness matters.
A mom who feels seen feels less alone 💜
Let’s be the reason another mom feels understood, not questioned.
Connection over comparison, always.
