12 years ago I embarked on the emotional rollercoaster ride of being a dance teacher, and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
Thank you to my originals that trusted me when I first opened in 2009. Danni, Kodey and Reanna, you will always hold a special place in my heart.
To my freestyle family, who I travelled the length and breadth of the country with; the Chloé’s, Robyn, Eve, Frankie, the Ellie’s, Caitlin and Lauren, Jade, Mya, Shirelle, Latisha, Nick, Abi, Lucy, Hollie and Izzie. Happy times were spent watching you all grow, and whether you started your journey with me, or ended your journey with me I’m forever grateful for being a part of it. It's lovely to see you all blossoming into amazing dancers, teachers and people. We went through a lot together, even though the journey was never smooth.
To my festival/Elite Squad - Jay, Demi, Freya, Danielle, Kiera, Sophie and Josh. Wow! What a whirlwind adventure we had. The success was incredible and the trust and faith you had in me was above and beyond especially when I wanted to push boundaries and try something weird. It was never ‘I can’t do that’, just ‘I can’t do it yet!’ ❤️
The Mystic Raven Elite team and the Disney squad, again thank you for putting your faith in my crazy ideas and wowing the audience time and time again. These are some of my greatest memories.
Every child that has walked through the doors over the past 12 years you have been a major part of my heart and I thank you all for trusting in me and trusting in Dreamz. Thank you parents too, you’ve been a big help when it comes to shows and costumes, always willing to give out a helping hand and going that extra mile.
I want to thank all the teachers for their help and support; Niamh, Alice, Freya, Hollie, James and Hannah, you’ve put up with so many of my tantrums and rants over the years but we’ve had a lot of good times too, and I’ve loved having you as part of the Dreamz family.
Finally, my personal thank yous go to my mom and dad, my husband and children - you’ve put up with so much over the years; times of sheer happiness and heartbreaking sadness, and I am truly grateful for all the love and support.
So for now it’s see you later Dreamz - It’s been a crazy ride!
