Thanks to everyone who came tonight. The kids did some brilliant throws, and I was so pleased with how they did the groundwork. The locks the adults did were really good, too. High energy class. It's really great to be back on the mat

Brilliant class tonight. Thank you to everyone who attended. It's been a long time coming but it feels like a great start!

Class 7pm. Adults & Kids

Come and learn jiu jitsu. Spend your Summer holiday learning jiu jitsu. Martial Arts are great for kids, it boosts confidence, self discipline and co-ordination.

Wednesday 7pm, Holy Trinity Church Hall.

Classes have started back for adults 14 and over. Get in touch if you are interested.

We are taking a break from classes for a while. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Due to circumstances beyond our control we will only be running an adults class on a Wednesday.

Kids classes may resume at some point next year.

Despite the heat tonight it was a great class. Everyone worked hard on the techniques.

I did try to keep things light until the back to back for the kids. A lot of red faces after that workout.

Adults did brilliantly at pressure point techniques. I dare say we will be practicing them again soon.
