January Pilates in Kinver!
Join the next 5-week Pilates block starting w/c 8th January 2024 to feel taller, stronger, flexible and have a more mindful approach to your body and your fitness.
I started with one class 15 months ago in Kinver and due to demand the schedule has expanded to weekly 5 classes!

β¨ Pilates in Kinver!
The new 6-week block starts from the 18th April (next week). Most classes are almost full so I am launching a *new* Beginner class on a Monday from June. Please email me to register your interest and be first on the list.

These are filled on a first come first serve basis. I can put you on the waitlist if the class becomes full. Each class is limited to 12 clients for a fully professional and personal experience.

The only photo I got from the Pregnancy Reformer course this weekend where we build a Chariot on the Reformer to enable our pregnancy clients to access exercises and move safely.
And letβs face it, every Pregnant woman deserves their own Reformer Throne π.
I teach private Reformer 1:1βs for ante-natal and post-natal clients in my home studio. The Reformer can really help build the strength at the back of the body during pregnancy whilst the uterus expands at the front of the body. Pilates Reformer is also a great way to stay mobile, particularly in the hips and prepare the body for the stamina required during the birth.
Keeping strong in the spine, hips and upper body also helps prepare for the number of years that follow lifting, carrying and comforting small people.
Like I said, all mums and mums-to-be deserve their own Throne β₯οΈπβ¨
